How it works

Your TimeWaver session

STEP 1
Before your session
After you book, please email me the following:
  1. A photo of yourself (face and chest, with clothes on). No one else in the picture, a plain wall behind you is best. JPEG file, please.
  2. Your date of birth
  3. Your full name (first, middle and last)
  4. The town or city where you live
  5. Your sex assigned at birth
Your information is kept private and used only for your session.
STEP 2
Consultation & session
We start with a consultation. Then I run your TimeWaver session, and you receive a report afterward.
Your program continues to run for 4 weeks after your visit.
STEP 3
Follow-up
Full session
I check in with you once a week for 4 weeks and update your program as needed.
Light session
A single program with no weekly updates.

TimeWaver sessions are offered as a complementary service for relaxation and personal reflection.
Space & Property Clearing is an intention- and awareness-based wellness service. It is not an environmental assessment, structural evaluation, or property inspection and is not intended to detect or remove physical hazards or contaminants.
All sessions take place in person at our studio. Online sessions are not available at this time.
