Slide cupping

SuiQ Sliding Cupping

A sliding cupping technique using a specialized suction device from Japan. Gentle suction glides across the body, designed to lift and stretch the fascia and encourage healthy circulation. The areas we focus on depend on the session you choose. Available on its own or with CS60 Massage or massage.

About slide cupping

Gentle suction that glides

SuiQ (吸灸, Suikyu) uses a dedicated electric suction device to create slow, gentle, controlled suction. Instead of strong or sudden pull, the level is adjusted step by step to your comfort and needs.
Gentle and adjustable
Suction is set slowly and adjusted to what feels right for you.
Lifts and stretches
The suction gently lifts the skin and the fascia (connective tissue) underneath.
Deep relaxation
Designed to help ease muscle tension and stiffness, and to help you relax.
A professional device, used with care
I use a professional SuiQ device registered as a medical device in Japan, and I have completed specialized training in its use. My instructor trained in China, where cupping has deep roots.
GOOD TO KNOW
Temporary redness, discoloration or round marks may appear after cupping. They usually fade on their own over time.

Your safety always comes first. Depending on your health or circumstances, I may recommend another qualified therapist or healthcare professional who is better suited to support you. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before your appointment.
ABOUT THE OIL
I use baby oil for slide cupping because it works best with the device. It has a light fragrance. If you prefer fragrance-free, MCT coconut oil is available. Just let me know before your session.
