Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided, including but not limited to CS60 Massage, massage therapy, SuiQ Sliding Cupping, TimeWaver sessions, and self-care support (collectively, the “Services”). By booking or participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

All Services offered are intended to support well-being, relaxation, body care, emotional well-being, and personal self-care. Except for services provided within the professional scope of licensed massage therapy, the Services are not medical treatments and should not be interpreted as diagnosis, cure, prescription, prevention, or treatment for any physical or mental health condition.

Specifically:

– Massage Therapy is provided by a licensed massage therapist within the applicable scope of practice. Massage is intended to support relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle stiffness, and reduce muscle fatigue. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

– CS60 Massage is a massage technique provided by a licensed massage therapist within the applicable scope of practice. It uses CS60, a handheld massage tool developed as an alternative to manual shiatsu. CS60 Massage is intended to support relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle stiffness, and reduce muscle fatigue. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

– Sliding Cupping may be offered on its own or incorporated into massage sessions, using suction cups or a specialized sliding cupping device to gently approach the muscles and fascia (connective tissue). This technique is intended to help release muscular and fascial tension, support circulation and mobility, and promote relaxation. Cupping may temporarily leave redness, discoloration, or circular marks on the skin.

– TimeWaver is a non-medical wellness approach focused on awareness, mindset, and inner well-being. Sessions are intended to support self-reflection, personal awareness, and a deeper connection with your thoughts and feelings. TimeWaver does not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

– Self-care recommendations are provided for personal wellness support only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, or if you require medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, please consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. When appropriate, you may also be referred to another qualified therapist or healthcare professional whose expertise is better suited to your individual needs.
