These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided, including but not limited to CS60 sessions, TimeWaver sessions, quantum healing, energy work, holistic guidance, and self-care support (collectively, the “Services”). By booking or participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

All Services offered are intended for well-being, relaxation, energetic balance, and personal self-care support. They are not medical treatments and should not be interpreted as diagnosis, cure, prescription, prevention, or treatment for any physical or mental health condition.

CS60 is not a massage and is not intended to function as massage therapy or any form of licensed bodywork. It is a distinct wellness modality focused on energetic balance and self-care.

Specifically:

  • CS60 sessions are provided solely as a body-care and wellness modality.

  • TimeWaver analyses and recommendations relate to informational and energetic fields, and do not constitute medical advice.

  • Quantum healing, energy healing, or intuitive/energetic techniques are non-medical wellness practices.

  • Self-care recommendations are for personal support only.

If you require medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, please consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional.

3. No Medical Claims

The practitioner makes no guarantees or claims regarding:

  • Medical improvement

  • Diagnosis or prognosis

  • Treatment of diseases or disorders

  • Replacement for medical or psychological care

Results vary from person to person and cannot be predicted.

4. Personal Responsibility

By engaging in any Service, you agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

  • You are solely responsible for your physical and emotional well-being.

  • You will continue any medical treatment plan prescribed by healthcare professionals.

  • You will inform the practitioner of any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.

5. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care

These Services do not replace:

  • Medical or psychological evaluation

  • Medical treatment or medication

  • Emergency care

  • Advice from licensed healthcare professionals

In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

  • Any perceived or actual lack of results

  • Any decisions or actions you take based on the Services

You agree to indemnify and hold the practitioner harmless from any claims related to your use of the Services.

8. Payment, Booking, and Cancellation

Fees, booking instructions, and cancellation policies will be communicated separately. By scheduling a session, you agree to those policies.

9. Consent

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • You understand the non-medical and non-massage nature of the Services.

  • You consent to receiving wellness-based, energetic, and informational support.

  • You agree to these Terms of Service in full.
