Holistic Healing Touch

“A therapeutic approach that gently releases tension in body and mind.
Holistic Healing Touch restores balance and supports natural recovery.”

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle, flowing bodywork technique designed to relax the entire body and calm the nervous system. Using long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements, this massage helps increase circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation.

It’s ideal for those new to massage, anyone seeking stress relief, or clients who prefer a lighter touch. Swedish massage not only soothes the body but also supports mental clarity and emotional balance.

Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage is a targeted, therapeutic technique that focuses on releasing chronic muscle tension and correcting imbalances in the body. By applying precise pressure to specific trigger points, this massage helps relieve pain, improve posture, and restore proper muscle function.

It’s especially effective for clients dealing with muscular pain, limited range of motion, or postural issues. Neuromuscular massage addresses the root causes of discomfort, supporting long-term healing and improved physical performance.

Currently, massage practice sessions are only available through my school lab.
