Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  Same-day or no-show cancellations are subject to a 100% fee.
  Please note that future appointments cannot be booked until the cancellation fee is paid.
